Professional Journey
Jeremy's career journey began with Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group, where he worked within their valuation practice from 2003 to 2006, based in Houston. In 2005, Jeremy expanded his role, contributing to Cushman & Wakefield's valuation and consulting platform in Mexico and Latin America. By mid-2006, he had transitioned to the Monterrey, Mexico office full-time.
Jeremy's academic background includes a Master of Science degree in finance from Texas A&M University and the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo, Norway. He is a former CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.
Professional Expertise
During his time with Cushman & Wakefield, Jeremy specialized in providing practical valuation solutions, development consultation, and comprehensive market analysis. His focus was on investment-grade, income-producing properties in the industrial and retail sectors, covering regions across Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America. Jeremy also played a significant role in Cushman & Wakefield's Residential Development Group and Golf Group specialty practices, concentrating on resort master-planned communities and large-scale residential developments.
Prior to pursuing his graduate studies, Jeremy worked as an independent Land Agent, leveraging his background in wildlife ecology and natural resource management. His notable projects included right-of-way procurement for Anadarko Petroleum and consulting for Smith & Smith Forest Management. As an undergraduate at Texas A&M, he spent three years as a co-op student with Wildlife Systems, serving as a wildlife technician and hunting guide in West Texas, Colorado, and New Mexico. Jeremy also contributed as an undergraduate research assistant to the multi-year Eastern Wild Turkey reintroduction project in the Post Oak Savannah ecological region of Texas, in collaboration with the Texas A&M department of Wildlife & Fisheries and Texas Parks & Wildlife.
