Location & Access

Water

There is a seasonal creek that runs through the northeast section of the property, entering from the north and running to the southeast for 2,045’. There is a 0.30-acre pond built along the creek that sits near the eastern property boundary. The western half of the property rises from the south to the north and is a classic live oak savannah with an open understory.
