Water / Utilities
There are two water wells on the property. The hilltop location has a 60 GPM water well that is 780 deep. The second well is located by the rock cistern. This well functions with the use of a generator and the depth/production are unknown. PEC power runs the North property line and is also run to the hilltop well location.
Land & Wildlife
This diverse tract offers exceptional views from the North end of the property with a top elevation of 1,287'. The property slopes gently to the South where two branches of the headwaters of Double Horn Creek merge and then exit the property at 1,049 elevation.
