Water / Utilities
Property features small ponds on 2 branches of Double Horn Creek and one (1) water well located by the rock cistern. This well functions with the use of a generator and the depth/production are unknown. PEC power is on site.
Land & Wildlife
Elevation ranges from 1049’ to 1134’. The property slopes gently to the South where two branches of the headwaters of Double Horn Creek merge and then exit the property at 1,049’ elevation. Two small ponds with rock low water crossings have been built along these branches. A small 9± acre field is cleared of cedar and would be suitable for hay or a small landing strip. The property has light cedar coverage and has a diverse tree covering with oak varieties, post oaks, cedar elm and Spanish oaks.
