This property gently slopes to the North with a nice build spot not far from the lodge. There is high fencing on the West and South property lines while new low barb wire fencing was completed on the East and North lines. A seasonal pond catches and holds water during normal rainfall periods.   3. Current owner will offer basic title insurance and existing survey (February 2020).
